Joe Chan

Elder

Joe Chan is a returning elder. He was a very early leader in the English congregation of W, helping to build the first English Young Adult Fellowship. Previously, he served in the council as a deacon and elder. Joe’s passion is in building up small groups and caring for leaders. Joe is married to Ching with three children.
